Upon reservation: 30% of rental price. You will receive confirmation of your booking when we receive your payment.

Payable on arrival :
- The remaining rental price
- Guarantee : a credit card details
- Tourist tax : 0.80 € per day per person.
- Admin. and maintenance fees compulsory : F2 : 50 € / F3 : 60 €

Services :
- Linen rental : 8 € per week per person
- Towels : 6.50 € per week per person (complete set).

Inventory : the rental properties are inspected after each departure during the cleaning process. Please inform us of any issues with your accommodation in the 48 hours following your arrival.

In the event of cancellation, the following rules apply, except in circumstances outside your control :
- 31 days prior to arrival :             your full deposit will be refunded
- 15 to 30 days prior to arrival :    your full deposit will be retained
- 7 to 15 days prior to arrival :      50% of the total rental cost will be due
- 0 to 7 days prior to arrival :        100% of the total rental cost will be due.

- Private open parking space.
- For safety and hygiene reasons, animals are not permitted.
- Accommodation should be returned clean and tidy.
