* Bathroom: 170cm bath, basin, toilet, bathroom cabinet with razor socket
* Covered patio 250 sq.-ft with garden furniture (1 table and 4 chairs), 2 deckchairs and barbecue.
For the respect of the environment the supply of hot water is provided by
solar energy.
