Upon reservation: 30% of rental price. You will receive confirmation of your booking when we receive your payment.

Payable on arrival :
- The remaining rental price
- Deposit : 250 €
- Tourist tax : 0.80 € per day per person.
- Admin. and maintenance fees compulsory : F2 : 45 € / F3 : 55 €

Services :
- Linen rental : 8 € per week per person
- Towels : 6.50 € per week per person (complete set).

In the event of cancellation, the following rules apply, except in circumstances outside your control :
- 31 days prior to arrival :             your full deposit will be refunded
- 15 to 30 days prior to arrival :    50% of your deposit will be refunded
- 7 to 15 days prior to arrival :      25% of your deposit will be refunded
- 0 to 7 days prior to arrival :        your full deposit will be retained.

- Private open parking space.
- For safety and hygiene reasons, animals are not permitted.
- Accommodation should be returned clean and tidy.
